All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays), including order verification, packaging, and generating shipping labels.

4. Shipping Fees
Orders of $110 or more qualify for free shipping.
Orders under $110 will incur a $10 shipping fee.

Customer service will respond within 24 hours and arrange the shipment of the replacement item and the return of the original product.
10. Delivery Time
Once the order is shipped, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days, depending on the customer’s address and the carrier.
11. Payment and Invoice
After payment is completed, an electronic invoice will be automatically generated and sent to the email address provided at checkout. The invoice includes order details and the total amount.
12. 2-Year Warranty
Furniture products purchased from Tradebridgelogistics are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, applicable to material or manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or improper handling.
