This exchange policy applies to all furniture and home products, including related accessories, sold by TRADE BRIDGE LOGISTICS to customers within the United States.
By browsing the website or placing an order, customers agree to comply with this policy.
2. Exchange Time Limit
Customers may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving the product. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
3. Exchange Conditions
Products requested for exchange must be in new condition. Minor signs of use are allowed, but products must not be damaged, contaminated, or affect resale.
All original packaging, accessories, and manuals must be included.
4. No-Reason Exchange Guarantee
TRADE BRIDGE LOGISTICS offers a 14-day no-reason exchange service. Customers can request an exchange without providing a specific reason, ensuring customer choice.
5. Exchange Procedure Overview
Customers must submit an exchange request via email, including the order number, product name, and quantity.

7. Verification & Confirmation
Upon receiving the request,Tradebridgelogistics will verify the product condition. If it meets the exchange conditions, a confirmation notification will be sent.

9. Partial Order Exchanges
For orders containing multiple products, customers may choose to exchange only some items.

10. Exchange Completion & Confirmation
After receiving and verifying the exchanged products, replacement items will be shipped within 2 business days.
An email confirmation will be sent to notify customers that the exchange is complete.
